We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
Shipping times:
Regular service: 5-7 business days
Express service: within 3 business days
Overnight service: available for most items shipping within the continental USA. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
*For express delivery, online orders must be places by 10 am EST.

All orders must be shipped to a single address. If you desire to ship to multiple addresses, you must create multiple orders to do so, each with it own shipping address.
We currently ship to theUnited States and Canada only.
Backorders:You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping cart.
Shipping to PO boxes:
Since UPS is our shipper of choice, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipping addresses must have street numbers included.
Shipping outside the United States (including Canada)
Shopabgifts is shipping within the United States and Canada at this time.
We are currently unable to ship to any overseas destinations.
Returns
We hope you love your selections as much as we do. But if they're not absolutely perfect, please let us know. We'll happily give you a refund for the full amount you paid. Just make sure the items are unworn and in their original condition, original packaging and send them back within 14 days of your purchase with the receipt enclosed. Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on clearance items. Items returned after 14 days are subject to restocking charges if accepted for return after 14 days.
Your refund may take up to 14 business days to process. If a refund was issued to your credit card, you'll see the credit on your account statement within two billing cycles.
